Head Brewer Brandon MacClaren will be on hand to tell you all about the brewery, restaurant, taproom, and how RSJ creates a true farm-to-glass experience utilizing ingredients from the certified organic Flatwater Farms.
TAP LIST:
Farmhouse Pale Ale, 6.5% - RSJ's flagship beer. A firm bitterness balanced by flavors and aromas of orange zest. Showcasing the terroir of SW Michigan with Flatwater Farms' Chinook and Cascade hops.
Rye Saison, 6.5% - A clean and refreshing Saison with a slightly spicy finish enhanced with Flatwater Farms' Cascade hops. An approachable and distinct Saison.
Bramble Stout, 7.6% - This stout was brewed in collaboration with Fernwood Botanical Garden to celebrate their LIGHTS festival. Brewed with Fernwood foraged black walnuts and raspberries from Flatwater Farms. Bright raspberry shines in the aroma and mixes with the rich, nutty and roasted coffee finish. A cozy dessert drink to warm up with as the weather cools.
Barrel-Aged Diablo Barleywine, 13% - Our Diablo barleywine ale aged in Journeyman wheat whiskey barrels. The barrel aging enhances aromas of dark cherry, sherry and caramel notes along with flavors of whiskey, vanilla and oak. With each sip, this beer will warm you from the inside out.
